Those perfectly round, coin-shaped leaves earned it nicknames like "UFO Plant" and "Pancake Plant," and legend says it brings good fortune wherever it grows — no purchase-with-intent-to-get-rich guarantee, but it can't hurt. It's a prolific propagator too, constantly sending up little baby plantlets around its base, basically gifting you free plants for doing nothing. Easygoing, compact, and endlessly shareable with friends, quite literally.
